Most Grand Central services are run as sets of five-car Class 180 Adelante trains with some being run in 10-car formation. The high speed bullet trains hereafter refer to as CRH train have been popularized in China. The seat maps on GDS Elgar and Opera will show whether a particular train is an e320 or an e300 or original train. Our refurbished 3 coach Class 185 trains are capable of operating services across all our routes. As of November 2017 the whole country has more than 7000 passenger trains in operation of which around 60 are CRH trains. Our new NOVA 1 trains operate between Liverpool and Newcastle Edinburgh.
